With a foundation in the rich traditions of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, my journey into yoga began with an immersive 200-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC) in the heart of Kerala, India. This transformative experience offered an intense, structured program under the guidance of seasoned teachers, set against the serene backdrop of the Dhanwantari Ashram. Alongside 115 other students, I embraced the comprehensive curriculum designed to instill not only physical practice but also deeper yogic philosophies and disciplines, such as asanas, pranayama, and meditation.

The rigorous training and certification I received from the Sivananda TTC are recognized worldwide by the Yoga Alliance, marking my dedication to both the physical and spiritual dimensions of yoga. To further my knowledge and enrich my teaching approach, I also pursued a specialized 100-hour Yin Yoga training with renowned instructor Sarah Powers in France. This unique experience deepened my understanding of restorative practices, allowing me to share a well-rounded approach to yoga with my students.

My passion for yoga and its transformative power led to a dream of creating a dedicated space in Urla where others could explore their own journeys. Opening this studio is not just the fulfillment of a personal aspiration but also a commitment to fostering a welcoming, inclusive yoga community here in Urla. Through the studio, I am excited to introduce others to the practices and philosophies that have profoundly shaped my own path, offering a space for both growth and reflection.
