Lakshmi Emine

Lakshmi Emine is a passionate, authentic and experienced Yoga teacher who blends the different traditions she studied during her numerous travels over India. After living and training in Hatha Yoga for almost 2 years in a traditional ashram (monastery) in South India, she studied with renowned teachers in Rishikesh in Iyengar tradition and Yoga Therapy. She puts a lot of care in guiding her students safely and precisely in their practice through correct alignements in Asanas (postures). She’s also trained in Yoga Synergy, a new approach centred on spine health through principles coming from modern physiotherapy, Qi Gong and vinyasa.

Emine embrace entirely the yogic path as a way of living, studying extensively the traditional scriptures of Advaita Vedanta (the science of non-duality), spreading love and surrender to the divine through Bhakti oriented practice, and serving her students whole heartedly through Karma Yoga. She’s also dedicated to spreading peace and cultivating harmony with others beings with NVC (Non-Violente Communication) and veganism.

Emine organised several retreats in Turkiye and India, she loves to share her experiences and knowledge about Yoga and how transformative it can be when embraced as a holistic spiritual path. She also offers some traditional Thai Yoga massages after having been trained in Turkiye and in a village in Thailand during 12 days in complete immersion.
