Buyer: The individual purchasing classes, packages, or event tickets not for commercial or professional use.

DEFINITIONS

Class: Yoga or wellness sessions offered by Derin Urla, available as single sessions or in packages.
Package: Bundled classes (e.g., 5- or 10-class packs) purchased at a discounted rate. Packages are for personal use only and non-transferable.
Event: Workshops or sessions led by third-party instructors using Derin Urla’s space.
Sales Platform: All channels through which the Seller offers products, including the website, mobile applications, etc.

SUBJECT

This agreement covers the sale and delivery of classes, packages, and event tickets ordered by the buyer on Derin Urla’s Sales Platform, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

DELIVERY

• Classes and packages are defined on the Sales Platform with descriptions and pricing.
• Prices are as shown on the platform and remain valid until updated.
• Promotions, if available, will be announced with specific terms on the platform.
• Digital tickets or receipts will be sent electronically. Physical copies, if requested, may incur additional fees.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

• The seller offers classes and packages directly and occasionally rents the space to third-party instructors, who are responsible for their events.
• Purchased packages are strictly for personal use and may not be transferred or resold.
• If an event hosted by a third-party instructor is canceled or postponed, information will be shared on the Sales Platform.

CANCELLATION

All class and package sales are final. Under the Distance Sales Regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchased classes or packages.

DATA PROTECTION

The Seller is responsible for safeguarding the buyer’s personal data and will process it per applicable laws.
